Marquee layouts

To help you visualise your bespoke marquee venue, we will create scale drawings to accompany your quote.

The modular nature of our structures and frames mean we can create spaces to suit your hospitality plans, space constraints and budget.

Below is just a small example of the venues we can create.

 ******************************

A 30m X 15m (100ft X 50ft) marquee, configured for 260 guests seated at round tables for a meal and dance.  The marquee was lined with ivory pleated linings, panoramic window walling around two sides to show the beautiful location off.  The stage and dance floor was covered with blackout linings with LED starlight effect. The Main Entrance was created with mahogany glass panel doors.

The 5m X 5m (16ft X 16ft) peaked pagoda was adjoined to the side of the marquee to contain the bar.

A 5m X 10m structure adjoined to house the mobile luxury toilet unit, a discreet doorway was created to access the loos from the main marquee.

An extra bay 5m X 15m was added to main marquee gable for the caterers kitchen. A discreet doorway for kitchen staff led to the main marquee and a working rear service door led outside the kitchen behind the marquee.

This similar 30m X 15m (100ft X 50ft) marquee, was configured for 200 guests seated at round tables for a meal, but this time, more space was given over to the dance floor with extra seating and trestle tables for additional evening guests.

An extra bay 5m X 15m was added to main marquee gable and partitioned to create 7.5m X 5m spaces for the caterer and bar.  While the bar service area faced into the main marquee, a discreet doorway was created on the other side for kitchen staff to access the main marquee and a working rear service door led outside the kitchen behind the marquee.

An optional 5m X 10m structure could be adjoined to house the mobile luxury toilet unit with a discreet doorway to access the loos from the main marquee.

A 25m X 10m (82ft X 33ft) marquee set for a seated meal for 150 guests. 2 bays (10m) of the space was given to  create a generous dance floor.

An extra bay 5m X 10m was added to main marquee gable and partitioned to create 5m X 5m spaces for the caterer and bar.  While the bar service area faced into the main marquee, a discreet doorway was created on the other side for kitchen staff to access the main marquee and a working rear service door led outside the kitchen behind the marquee.

A 20m X 10m (65ft X 33ft) marquee set for a seated meal and dance for 60 guests.  With extra seating and trestle tables for additional evening guests.

Two 5m X 5m peaked pagoda structures were added to main marquee for the caterer and bar.  A further 5m X 5m peaked pagoda created an elegant entrance porch.

A 20m X 15m (65ft X 50ft) marquee, configured for 80 wedding guests seated for a meal at round tables (5'6" tables seat 10 each).  There is ample space remaining for trestle tables and chairs for additional evening guests, a large dance floor suitable for ceilidh dancing and stage as well as a bar sited in the corner.

This diagram shows a more elaborate layout for a special event. 20m X 15m marquee with space for a seated meal for 80 people, the stage and dance floor were hidden from view behind the drop down reveal curtain until after the meal.

Florist prep took place in the 5m X 10m behind the 5m X 15m gable catering area.  The mobile luxury toilets were placed in the 10m X 10m annex and a spacious ladies and gents cloak room created around them. At the other end of the main marquee another 5m X 15m gable end was added to create a backstage area for the entertainment.  The marquee had a grand entrance via mahogany glass panel doors, a 5m X 5m peaked pagoda porch adjoined to a long 3m wide red carpet walkway which led directly into a marquee lounge set on the patio of a grand Highland Castle.
